Anyone at the age of 18 years and above can buy from Emscor.

Do you sell to wholesalers?

No. We don't sell to wholesalers, but we sell to retailers & consumers.

Does Emscor sell sub-standard products?

No. Emscor doesn't sell sub-standard products.

Does Emscor sell prohibited products?

No. Emscor doesn't sell prohibited products, like hard drugs.

How can I review your products before buying?

On the home page of our website, scroll down towards the footer section of the site. You will see the testimonies of what people say about our products & services. 

How can I send my reviews about your products and services?

You can only send your testimonies via email, or by using our contact form. You have to submit your name, picture (optional) and assertions.

Are the prices of products negotiable?

No. The prices are not negotiable.

Why do I see different prices for the same product?

It is because they are not of the same weight or the same brand.

I do not see the brand I want to buy, what can I do?

If you cannot find the brand you want to buy displayed on the screen, you can contact us via our contact form or email to know if it is available.

How many kg of products can I buy at a go?

You are not allowed to buy more than 150kg of products at a go.

Do your products come with a warranty?

No. Emscor doesn't offer a warranty because they are perishable products.

How do I place an order?

It is very simple to place an order in our online shop; see how to order.

Can I place my order through phone calls or sms or emails?

Yes. You can place your order through phone calls, SMS, and emails; see how to order.

After placing orders through SMS or email, what next?

We will process and dispatch your order for delivery as soon as we receive payment for your order. We will also notify you when your order is ready for delivery.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

You will see it immediately on the screen after payment. Alternatively, we will inform you via SMS or email.

My payment was processed successfully, but I didn't get an order confirmation. What should I do?

Don't worry; we will sort it out for you. Inform us through SMS or email, or our contact form.

How can I track my order?

You will be informed from time to time the status of your order.

How quickly can I get my order?

You will get your order within five working days, except on weekends & bank holidays. In that case, your order might take longer days to be delivered.

How do I cancel my order?

Emscor doesn't allow cancellation of orders, but it is possible for you to return your order and replacement offered and we may refund you if you can meet certain conditions.

How do I receive the invoice for my order?

We will send you a hard copy of your invoice along with your order  - package; while we automatically send the soft copy to your email box.

How do I pay for my order?

There are three convenient ways to make payment in our online shop; they are as follows:

  1. Credit or Debit card payment
  2. Bank deposit or Bank transfer
  3. Pay on Delivery; see payment policy.

Do you receive cash payment?

No. Emscor does not receive a cash payment unless you are eligible to pay on delivery (PoD). 

What is pay on delivery?

Payment on delivery allows you to pay cash when our agent delivers your order to you; see payment policy. 

Am I entitled to pay on delivery?

Yes, you are entitled to Pay on delivery, if you reside in the areas where PoD is allowed. The locations for Pay on Delivery are Onitsha and Nkpor. As time goes on, we will involve more cities.

Can I be disqualified from being entitled to pay on delivery?

Yes, you can, if you don't meet the necessary conditions; see payment policy.

How do I pay with my Debit / Credit Card?

  • On the payment page, choose credit or debit card payment option.
  • Enter your card details on the payment form.
  • Click submit to submit the payment form.
  • A confirmation message will appear on the screen.

Are there any hidden charges like sales tax when I buy a product?

No. There are no hidden charges. You will only pay for your order and the delivery charges.

What steps does Emscor take to prevent card fraud? 

Our payment system is very secured. We use anti-theft and anti-hacking softwares and applications, such as SSL certificate; see payment policy.

Can I use two methods of payment when ordering online?

No. You are allowed to use only a single method of payment.

Most times, while surfing the internet, the links of the website start with these letters ‘’http’’. Nevertheless, the address of a secure connection that is shown should start with ‘’https’’. Please take note of the ’’s’’ at the end.

How do I get alert for any suspicious transaction?

You need to subscribe for mobile notifications. If you have not done it, the time to do it is now. The importance of this action is for you to be informed about a transaction that exceeds or below a specified limit and also tell your account balance. If your account is safe, the bank will inform you about the unsuccessful attempt to login to your account.

How can I maintain the security of my card?

Do not in any time, share your card information with anyone. It is very important to keep your account safe from unsuspecting fraudsters. Know that Emscor Investment Ltd will never ask for your card details. So, ensure you do not forget to logout and delete your login details after an online transaction, especially when using a public computer system.

DELIVERY:

How do I get my order?

You will collect your order from our delivery agent in your city. Your order will be dispatched and transported to your location for collection; see delivery policy.

How do I know that my order has arrived for collection?

Once your order is ready for collection, our delivery agent will inform you through a text message. We will also notify you from time to time via SMS or emails about the delivery status of your order.

Will my order be delivered to my house?

Yes, if you live within the areas mapped out for house delivery.

Who is responsible for house delivery payment when your map does not include my area?

It's your responsibility to arrange for house delivery and pay for the service. 

How long will it take you to deliver my order?

We will deliver your order within five working days depending on your location.

My order is delayed, What should I do?

Kindly inform us through our contact form, SMS or email. We will let you know the status.

Who will pay for delivery of my order?

You are responsible for paying for delivery of your order if you live outside the areas for free delivery; see delivery policy.

Will I pay extra fee before I collect my order from your delivering agent in my area?

No.

What is a free delivery?

Delivery is free when the seller pays for delivery of the buyer’s order to the point of collection or his house.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we do.

Am I entitled to free delivery?

Yes. Depending on your location, you may be entitled to free delivery. It is available only to buyers in Onitsha and Nkpor. As time goes on, we would include more locations. see delivery policy.

Your delivery agent came and did not see me; what can I do?

Never worry, he will revisit you. We give our customers the opportunity of two attempts for delivery. After the two attempts, we will not try again and the product will be returned to us.

If my order is returned because I did not collect it when I should, what will next?

You would be accountable to pay 25% of the order value, that is if you are still interested in having the staple order resent to you. The essence of this 25% charge is to repackage your ordered product and deliver it to you with some delivery fee.

What is a return?

It occurs when a buyer sends back his ordered product to the seller because of his dissatisfaction about the product.

What are the conditions for returning my purchase?

  • The return should be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • You must contact us within three days.
  • The returned order must be intact. Otherwise, it is not returnable.
  • The product must be eligible for return.

    REFUNDS:

    What is a refund?

    It is the amount of money a buyer receives from a seller of a product because of dissatisfaction with the product. 

    Am I entitled to refunds?

    You may be entitled to a refund if you meet the criteria; see returns and refunds.

    If you approve my refund, how and when will I get it?

    We will pay your refunds into the bank account you will provide us, through email or SMS, within five working days. We shall also notify you of our deposit into your account.

    If you do not approve my returned product, how do I get informed?

    Emscor will inform you through email or SMS.

    Will I get the refunds of the transportation charges for the returned product?

    Yes. You will get the refund if we are responsible for making you return our product; see returns and refunds.
