RETURNS & REFUNDS
We are convinced that you will like our products. But if eventually, you deem it fit to return your purchase because of some obvious reasons, do not worry. We will receive it if it meets some predefined conditions.
Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
We are dealing with food products, no purchase is allowed to be returned. You can only return your purchase if you are supplied a wrong product. In that case, you will have to inform us via SMS, email, or our contact form.
The conditions for returning an order:
- The return should be made within 14 days of purchase. We will not accept any returns if the consignment does not get to us within 14 days.
- You must contact us within three days. We will not accept any returns if the return request is registered after three days of receiving the orders.
- The product must be eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; it must be intact. Otherwise, it is not returnable.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Steps to follow for returns:
- Contact us within three days of receiving your order via email, or SMS, or our contact form, explaining your intention to return your purchase.
- Arrange your purchase by including the evidence of the proof of purchase.
- Take the package to any delivery/ transport company that goes to Onitsha (Addressed to: Emscor Investment Ltd., Block E23, USDAAS, KLM 3, Onitsha-Owerri Road, 430252, Onitsha, Anambra State).
- Inform us that the package has been sent for return. In the message, include the serial number of the receipt of return they would give you at the motor park, or any other evidence that would show that the package has been sent back.
We do not offer replacement unless we supplied a wrong product. In other words, you can receive replacement of your order if you are given a wrong order. In that case, you have to inform us within three days of receiving your order via email: Sales@emscor.biz. Then, on receiving the returned order, we will examin it based on the criteria for returns, and if confirmed a wrong order, we will replace it.
Refunds (if applicable):
In the event of refund, you would be entitled for a refund of the same amount equal to the value of your order. You can only receive a refund for your returned order if we have no product to replace it. As long as we have the same product in stock, we will replace it, if it meets the criteria for returns, and you will not be refunded. Otherwise, we will process your refund within five working days, and automatically credit your credit card, the original method of payment or the account number you would give us. As soon as we do that, we will notify you of the success of your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Delivery Charges for Returned Order:
We will be responsible for paying for delivery charges for the returned purchase since we are responsible for the reason the order was returned.
